Can conduct activities and receive protection under the Business Law and the Investment Law of the Lao PDR Laos
Founder, investor or legal representative has the right to apply for an investor visa with a maximum validity of 5 years.
Process
The applicant for establishing an enterprise provides the necessary documents to apply for registration and issue an enterprise registration certificate, register as a taxpayer before starting business. The operation period is 15 business days.
After completing the establishment of the enterprise, the founder, investor or legal representative must apply for an investor visa according to the regulations.
