Terms of Service

Laosway Co., Ltd. sets out the terms of use of the Laosway platform to maintain the safety, order and legal rights of users and the company.
1. Prohibitions on Use
To maintain safety and order, users agree not to do the following:
1.1. Use the system for illegal purposes
Use our system for illegal purposes, fraud or violate the peace and good morals of society.
1.2. Attempt to invade or attack the system
Attempt to invade, hack, attack the system (Cyber-attack), release viruses or do anything that causes damage or failure to our network and server systems.
1.3. Disseminate inappropriate content
Use the platform to disseminate inappropriate content, violate personal rights or infringe on the intellectual property of others.
2. Intellectual Property
All parts and elements appearing on the Laosway platform, including but not limited to: Source Code, Design, Logo, Graphics and Content, are the sole copyright and intellectual property of Laosway Company Limited. No person or entity may copy, modify, reproduce or use them for other purposes without our written permission.
3. Service Standard and Liability
3.1. Service Commitment
We are committed to developing and maintaining the system to be stable, secure and always ready to use. If you encounter technical problems during use, our team is ready to investigate and provide assistance to resolve the problem as soon as possible.
3.2. System Updates and Force Majeure
In order to maintain the highest security standards, there may be periods when the system needs to be shut down for maintenance, which we will notify you in advance. For events beyond our control (force majeure), such as natural disasters or national Internet infrastructure problems, we will coordinate with relevant parties to minimize the impact on you, but reserve the right to limit our legal liability for indirect damages that may arise from such events.
4. Dispute Resolution Policy
In the event of a dispute between the Service User and the Company, the resolution process will proceed as follows:
4.1. Negotiation
The parties must notify the other party of their complaint and attempt to negotiate to reach an amicable agreement first.
4.2. Mediation
If negotiations fail, both parties may appoint a third party (mediator) to help guide and find a solution. The results of the mediation will serve as a guideline for mutual agreement.
4.3. Arbitration
If mediation fails, the parties may resort to the economic dispute resolution process through an arbitration committee, the decision of which will be binding.
4.4. Litigation
In cases where the above methods cannot be resolved, the dispute will be brought to the judicial process under the jurisdiction of the Lao PDR. The court’s judgment shall be final.
